Handbag snatched on normally quiet JP street

Capt. John Greland of District E-13 reports a 66-year-old woman was walking near 41 Greenough Ave. around 5:40 p.m. yesterday when a guy snatched her pocketbook. He's described as 5'11" and about 45.
