Man stabs girlfriend, sets fire to their apartment, hurls self off roof

It all happened late afternoon at 23 Gavin Way in South Boston. He's dead, she's in critical condition, Channel 7 reports.
At one point, Local 718 tweets, firefighters were ordered out of the building after hearing what appeared to be gunshots.
