Man charged with dicking around at Huntington Avenue trolley stop

AgrestiMBTA Transit Police report arresting a homeless man for exposing himself to an E trolley driver at Longwood last night after being asked to pay his fare.

According to a police report, Derek John Agresti, 40, initially responded to being asked to pay for his ride around 8 p.m. by swearing at the driver and threatening to beat him up. The report says Agresti then got off the train, walked a short distance, stopped, pulled down his shorts and grabbed his penis with both hands in view of the driver.

Agresti was arrested at the Ruggles stop on the Orange Line about 15 minutes later and charged with open and gross lewdness.

Innocent, etc.
