Scuffle inside downtown club ends with double stabbing outside

Boston Police report two stabbings and three arrests outside Felt, 533 Washington St., around 1:30 a.m. today.

According to police, bouncers escorted two groups of men outside after a scuffle. One group, consisting of three men, then set upon the other two guys, who wound up getting stabbed, police say.

Santiago Hernandez, 29, of Roxbury, Luis A. Alicea, 23, of Hyde Park, and William R. Sanjurjo, 22, of Dorchester were all arrested and charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon. The two victims were taken to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

So two groups of men are fighting and the bouncers decide the best course of action would be to send them outside at the exact same time? Brilliant.

Better it happens on the street than inside the business.

Plus, it's more fair if they all dash at the same time... to their cars, to fetch knives and guns.
