Not surprised, but...surprised
I'm not surprised that someone got the crap kicked out of them in East Boston apparently for no good reason.
I AM surprised that they released the names of minor suspects like that. Don't they usually withhold the names of minors?
I believe 17 year-olds are
I believe 17 year-olds are treated as adults with respect to criminal charges.
16's the cut off
Except for murder charges, in which case, it's something under 17.
Juveniles
Their names can't be made public if they are juveniles (between 7 and 17 yrs).
Pussies!...the kid had balls
Pussies!...the kid had balls enough to confront 3 guys staring him down. Not saying it was smart...but the kid had balls...and these 3 wanna-be tough guys apparently weren't intimidating him ...so they jumped him 3 on one like a bunch of fairies and stab him. Real tough guys...3 on one...good job ladies!
"like a bunch of fairies"
Hmmm. Is this comment more misogynist or more homophobic?
Let's see. The bad guys are "fairies" or "pussies" and "ladies," while the brave boy has "balls."
My guess? It's more misogynist, but then it's a close call.
There's certainly nothing wrong with having balls, but then neither is there anything wrong with having a pussy or being a lady or a fairy. Or, even a faerie.
