Noon shooting leaves man dead in Dorchester

Boston Police report a 39-year-old man was shot to death outside 2 Shafter St. around noon today.

He is Dorchester's 19th murder victim this year (map).

Boston Police report he was Terrance Small, 39, of Dorchester.
