Man shot in Dorchester; arrest made

Kamal Oliver, 27, is scheduled for arraignment today on charges he shot a man in the neck last night at 22 Lyndhurst St., the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports, adding the victim survived.

The Globe reports the victim was shot in the neck on a street that thought it had recovered from the violence and drugs that once plagued it.
