Girl, 8, shot in leg in Dorchester

Shooting happened late afternoon at 40 Oakwood St. She's expected to survive. Police are looking for a black male, 18.

There are a lot of stupid and amoral people running around, many of whom have been convicted for stupid and/or amoral behavior.

Whether a particular individual should be considered guilty of a particular crime of which they have not been convicted is a different question.
