Raper charged as mugger

Boston Police report officers on routine patrol around 1:45 a.m. this morning spotted two guys apparently mugging a third at 1610 Blue Hill Ave. in Mattapan Square.

Marquis Jones, 21, and Andre Raper, 17, were arrested after a foot chase and charged with armed robbery. Police say the two were packing a knife and a replica gun.

Innocent, etc.
