Man shot in Mattapan; two sought

District E-18 reports a man was shot in the hand and thigh around 10 p.m. yesterday at 56 Ralston Rd. in Mattapan.
Police say they man is expected to survive his wounds. Numerous residents for several blocks around reported hearing shots; police say one witness saw two men in dark hoodies running toward Greenfield Road after the gunfire. Police add officers initially headed toward the area in part on a report from the city's ShotSpotter system, which uses sensors to detect and triangulate the sound of gunfire.

....should just wait for the guilty party to walk into the police station and give themselves up. Don't want to go offending Mike Ross and Ayanna Pressley as well as any neighborhood folk who would prefer the police be more polite to its young men of criminal persuasion.
