No body part (including feet) can be a dangerous weapon
Not to split hairs Adam, but are you sure the dangerous weapon wasn't a shod foot (shoe worn over feet)? Under centuries of MA case law, no part of the human body, not even razor sharp teeth, can be classified as a dangerous weapon. Unless they've changed it since my police academy days, that is.
You are probably right, but ...
The BPD post says just:
I haven't read the report,
I haven't read the report, but I'm betting it's a shod foot, which qualifies under the ABDW statute (it carries the potential for greater injury than a bare foot or empty hand).
Inserting sexist comment here...
I'd let those two kick my ass any day of the week. Ouch!!
Stiletto heels?
I'm thinking stiletto heels...
Y'know, you could put an eye out with those things...

I'd never expect this from Malden people
Just kidding-- yeah, I would.
Trashy Idiots
They come from all walks of life, all cities and towns, etc. The only difference being from some place like Malden makes is in not having the resources to cover it up and a higher population (thus a higher douchebag population) relative to more exclusive communities.
