The Ashmont Conveience Store is at the corner of Dot Ave and Beale St. If they are walking towards Fuller from there, they are heading north.

Fixed, no thanks to Google. When I Googled "Ashmont Convenience Store," one of the first things that showed up was this "place page which shows the front of the store and the correct location. But when I used Google Maps to find "1996 Dorchester Ave.," it put it at the same basic location as the T stop. So I put 2 and 2 together and got 5.

August 17, 2000 - Two to Three Black Males kill Hung Tran, Age 31 at the Ashmont Convenience Store at 1996 Dorchester Avenue.

Ashmont Market is at the corner of Adams and Ashmont. Ashmont Convenience is at the corner of Dorchester and Beale. Not to confused with the former Ashmont Creamery which used to be on Dorchester Avenue between the then Templeton, now Lydon Way, and Edwin Street. A clerk was murdered there back in 1976.

The Store 24 in Peabody Square used to get robbed all the time. They just gave up reporting it and wrote it off as the cost of doing business.
