Afternoon shooting on Mission Hill

Somebody was shot around 3:20 p.m. outside 75 St. Alphonsus St. Police were looking for a dark-gray or black BMW spotted fleeing the scene toward Tremont Street.

AlertNewEngland reports the car was found abandoned at 944 Parker St.

The area they had blocked off when I was walking back from class was closer to Huntington than to the Tremont side of St Alphonsus. Google Maps says 94 is by the school, which is right at the intersection of Tremont.

It was outside 75 St.

It was outside 75 St. Alphonsus Street in front of the middle high-rise.
