bad shots
The reason there is no victim is the thugs cant shoot straight, give the officers who work these neighborhoods kudos for the lives they save
Officers
I live a few houses down from this incident. During our community meeting after the Savin Hill T station murder we were told that officers would be around more often (walking a beat), getting to know us. The only officer presence I have continued to see are the cops on duty when NStar or someone else is ripping up the street. The only communication we have had beyond a head nod is them hitting on my wife. I know my neighbors but have found this police presence elusive.
