I sold a three family at 30 Julian Street, twice.
I guess the neighborhood hasn't improved.
Multiple shooting neighborhoods
Simple. Do nothing and nothing will happen.
Garbage in Garbage out. People in these neighborhoods know the criminals, watch illegal activity all the time. A large percentage Of these Multi families are sec 8, metro housing ect.

Majority of ppl who obtain Section 8 are hard working individuals just looking to keep a roof over their head. If the participated in criminal behaviors their section8 will be taken away so many do involve themselves in such behaviors.
