Manhunt for suspects in armed robbery in Allston park

There is enough of these kind of muggings around the area from Allston Street over to Gordon Street, with the park in between, that one feels very unsafe at night in one's own neighborhood. It seems these teenager/young adult hoods come to the area to target college kids, thinking they make easy marks.

Far more prevalent between midnight and 3AM, after bars start emptying, but not infrequent for the crimes to occur earlier either.

Also highly prevalent in the area, drug sales right on the corner of Gordon and Comm from the stoop of one of the buildings.

Police presence in all these areas though is virtually non-existent despite the consistency of these crimes. Guess they're too busy over on Ashford Street.
Sad.

@ @breakingnewsdog This wasnt just a snatch and grab. A knife was used to steal a laptop. Knife and laptop and 2 suspects recovered.
