A little stomping and robbery before school

Boston Police report arresting two teens for stomping a third at the Boylston Street Burger King and taking his iPod yesterday morning before they made their way to school.

Police say they found one of the two, a 14-year-old, at the McKinley School in the Fenway and the other, 16, at Brighton High School.

According to the victim, the suspects punched, kicked and knocked him to the ground. Additionally, the victim says the suspects stole his iPod. Officers promptly broadcast a description of the suspects over the police radio. While talking to the victim, officers noted that the victim had bruising and redness in and around his face and forehead. For precautionary reasons, the victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he was treated for minor injuries.

Police say the two - one of whom the victim, also a McKinley student, knew - were charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon - their shod feet.

And this is part of the reason why many parents are terrified to send their children to Boston Public Schools. Too many violent children are allowed to stay in the system and terrorize their peers on a regular basis.

School Daze

If the same thing happened in the school nothing would have happened. These kids rape rob and pillage on school grounds and nothing happens except a suspension. Once they do it on the streets they are arrested by the police and the kids think the Boston Cops are harrassing them
