Several arrests, guns seized after man found tied up, bashed in head in Dorchester

Brian D'Amico reports at least three arrests on E. Cottage Street in Edward Everett Square shortly after midnight. Two more were sought, their victim was found in plastic cuffs with indications he was pistol whipped in the head.
