Two charged with armed robbery in the South End
Boston Police report arresting two Roxbury men on charges they robbed a man while masked at W. Springfield Street and Columbus Avenue last night. A third suspect remains at large.
David Dickson and Jermaine Carter, both 20, were charged with armed assault with intent to rob after the incident around 9:14 p.m. - which netted them only the receipts in their victim's pocket.
The victim stated that a suspect, wearing a blue bandana covering his mouth and nose, pushed the victim against the wall and said "don't do anything and you won't get hurt" and "don't say anything and give us your money." The victim reported that the suspect was holding his hand in his pocket as if he had a gun. The victim also stated that a second suspect, who was also covering his face with a red bandana, reached into the victim’s pocket in an attempt to rob him.
