Apparent drive-by shooting off Blue Hill Avenue sends one to hospital in bad shape

A man was shot on Charlotte Street off Blue Hill Avenue around 11 p.m., possibly by the occupants of a white Lexis that sped away. Another man brought the victim to Boston Medical Center; he's in bad enough shape the homicide unit has been summoned.
