Fight outside health center ends with stabbing

Boston Police are investigating a stabbing around 11:30 a.m. outside the Bowdoin Street Health Center, 280 Bowdoin St.
Police are looking for a black man, with shoulder-length dreadlocks, wearing a long-sleeve white T shirt with a black-and-white checkered vest.

So, I expect to see the health center dragged in front of city council and licensing boards, since they obviously are at fault here and should be able to control their patrons around their property.
Same goes with BPD, didn't someone get stabbed behind HQ a few weeks back? That one must be on them.
