It just doesn't stop: Man shot in early morning Chinatown drive-by

Stanley Staco reports that around 3:10 a.m., multiple shots were fired from an SUV on Essex Street near the I-93 ramp. Not long after, the victim showed up at the Boston Medical Center emergency room.
