West Roxbury to hold community meeting over recent gun assault and kidnapping on Weld Street

City Councilor Matt O'Malley says he's put together a community meeting on Tuesday evening to discuss the Aug. 2 incident at 127 Weld St..
West Roxbury Patch reports a Dorchester man was arrested allegedly terrorizing occupants of the home with a gun, head butting one of them and forcing another into his Cadillac for a ride around the area.
The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. at the E-5 police station.

The house is an ongoing problem
Will they address the fact that the house "has been an issue of concern for some time", according to O'Malley?
Don't pretend it's over just because you have one guy in custody if there have been ongoing problems there. We will not accept cover-ups.
