Police: Dorchester woman takes exception to beau's ex-girlfriend with a sharp blade

Boston Police report arresting a Dorchester woman on charges she stabbed another woman this morning at 27 Corona St..

Police say Rasyelis Reyes, 19, was charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon after sending the other woman to the hospital in serious condition.

The victim had been stabbed by her boyfriend's new girlfriend.

Dorchester District Court Judge Catherine Byrne released Reyes on her own recognizance, but ordered here to stay away from the victim, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports, adding it had asked for $5,000 bail.

The boyfriend must be some sort of prize to have women fighting over him like that. Not sure about his choices in girlfriends, and he may want to sleep lightly at night.
