Police: Tenant fed up with mice in apartment threatens maintenance worker with gun

Boston Police report arresting a Fields Corner man this morning on charges he got fed up enough with mice in his apartment to threaten another guy with a gun.

According to police, around 11:20 a.m. Anthony Boston, 57, went up to a man "known to him" working in the backyard of 93 Waldeck St. and began "yelling and complaining about mice in his apartment:"

The victim further stated he asked the suspect to calm down and he would call an exterminator. At which point the suspect yelled "I'll get you" as he pulled out a firearm before fleeing on foot, into an unknown apartment.

Police found Boston and charged him with assault with a dangerous weapon.
