Two shot at Ruggles station

Updated with information from Transit Police.

A Dorchester teen was charged with shooting two men in the lower busway at Ruggles station - one of them a complete stranger who had nothing to do with whatever beef he allegedly had with the other victim, Transit Police report.

One victim, 34, was shot in the calf in the 8:49 p.m. incident and is expected to survive, police say. The second victim, the apparent target, is 20 and was shot in the hand and thigh, police say, adding Boston Police found him on Tremont Street outside the station.

Terrell Harris, 19, of Dorchester was arrested not long after on two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and illegal possession of a firearm, police say.

Police add:

The victims were NOT together and have NO prior relationship. It appears the 34 year old male victim was not the intended target.

Innocent, etc.

In response the MBTA'S propaganda machine will release the following statement ''Crime is down on the MBTA by 500 percent''

More like they are ignoring 500% more crime and engaging in victim blaming. "Don't bring phones or valuables on the MBTA if you don't want to get robbed!" "If you see something say something.....to the can't bothered staff and nonexistent MBTA police not patrolling the stations"
