Guy opens fire in Savin Hill T stop; fortunately, he was a terrible shot

Transit Police report that around 5 p.m., somebody walked into the Savin Hill Red Line station, saw two people he wanted to shoot, took out a gun and began firing.

He missed, whereupon both his intended targets and he fled, police say. Police say they are continuing to look for him. About 40 minutes later, however, Cynthia Pesantez watched Boston Police take somebody into custody a few blocks away from the station.

School Daze

Next week school starts and if this madman strikes again we could have a real disaster. When are the transit police going to put their cops in stations where they are needed instead of being 5 deep at Dunkin Doughnuts downtown?
