Where are the #blacklivesmatter people? This incident is FAR more common than a white racist assault or being shot or killed by police.

Will the shooter or shooters be arrested, tried, and convicted?

Or will this be another incident in a cycle that will end up with someone dead and no one arrested?

If they found out who did this they'll arrest that person and justice will be served if they can prove he or she is guilty.
