Armed robbery in Brighton

Somebody was robbed outside 15 Lothian Rd. around 11:40 p.m. by three white men in shorts, one with long hair, armed with a knife and a baton.

I've lived next door to 15 Lothian for 5 years and in the Cleveland Circle area for close to 30 years. Lothian is one of the more quiet streets even though it's nestled between Comm Ave. and Chestnut Hill Ave. I can't recall hearing of any robberies in my current neighborhood since I've lived there. I wonder if these cowards saw an opportunity to stalk some newbie college-bound suburbanite who was moving in. There were 5 moving trucks on the street yesterday. What was stolen?

Yeah this is crazy.. My fiance and I just moved out of 15 Lothian this morning. Our moving truck was spared, but I had it locked up pretty good. Strange thing to read this morning. I hope the victim is okay. Anyone have a source on this?
