this is right by the skate club, used to be a fairly quiet area but the new housing along western ave has increased the amount of foot traffic in the area. all the folks transplanted from the old Charlesview to the new apartments located across from telford. I always thought this was Allston.

There was a report that the suspect fled on foot through a parking lot towards Everett St, which in my head said "Through the Star Market Parking Lot?"

Agreed that that is a pretty quiet area generally.
