Robbing a victim of violence as he lies mortally wounded in a bus stop is a story straight out of Sin City

Boston needs to start allowing concealed carry for those who take the safety course and pass the background check. Arbitrarily restricting permits is wrong.

An unfortunate example of "just give them what they want" not being true all the time. Hope this guy pulls through with a full recovery.
