It seems that every day there is a report of at least one shooting somewhere in the city and usually universal hub is the only site that reports them. Why is there no outcry? Is it because the shooters apparently have bad aim and haven't killed anyone yet? Does it take a tragic death to draw attention to the fact that Boston is starting to resemble Dodge City? Is attempting to lower the speed limit to 20 m.p.h.to protect bicyclists and pedestrians the council's only statement on public safety? Putting grass on City Hall Plaza seems to draw more attention than citizens being able to walk the streets of the city without worrying about being hit by stray bullets. Much respect for BPD but having serious reservations about the mayor and police commissioner.

patriarchy says "let them kill each other."

Echoing the OP's O'sentiments and furthering that Boston is inherently racist, look at how it was zoned originally. Look what's gone on over the years and just marvel at the progress.

Kudos to Stacos and adam for keeping up.

Sure, let them kill each other if they feel like it. Problem is, they're really crappy shots so they either murder innocent bystanders or cost the taxpayers billions in unpaid medical bills if they do manage to hit each other. There's tens of thousands of nonfatal gangbangers shootings every year, with each one costing us at least $100,000.

And older dudes, excuse me, "OG's" with priors don't wanna humble these kids for fear of going back "in."

Courts slap da kids on da wrist, sends em back out on da Street.

Young cats are wreckless and need to either put Down the guns or skinney jeans can't do both.
