Man wanted for failed kidnapping in Roxbury

Boston Police report a man tried to kidnap a girl at Blue Hill Avenue and Brookford Street in Roxbury around 6:20 a.m. but that she was able to escape his clutches with the help of a passerby.
The suspect is described as 6' or 6'2", about 200 lbs. and clean shaven.

Once again, when will they stop sharing these terrible resolution pictures? His face is unrecognizable because of the terrible resolution! This is clearly someone taking a picture of a monitor that shows surveillance video. It's akin to copying a VHS tape, when digital video clearly exists.

I was about
to make a CSI "Enhance!" joke, but then I noticed the reflection, which means someone was looking at surveillance footage (which was either low-res, or displaying on a low-res screen), paused it, and TOOK A PICTURE OF THE SCREEN. Yeah, that is not an effective way to solicit help from the public.
It doesn't look much better "enhanced".
And believe it or not, photos like this get a lot of great tips.
