The company that made this gun closed in 1945. The places its been since then is anyone's guess.

'cause that's all that's left, anywhere.

It fits .32 ACP rounds just fine.

If this is the same pistol, production of it ceased 93 years ago (1924).

Caliber refers to inches. This was a 7.65 millimeter round, as noted. A 7.65 inch round would be on the order of a naval cannon shell. If that's a direct quote from the cops, they really should know better.

They have one of the toughest police jobs in the city. They are underpaid and are unarmed and get treated worse than teachers from school administrators.

If he had only one round, he was too afraid to bring bullets, or maybe he was just showing it off or selling this antique. Hopefully was not intending to use it.

This kid was just ahead of his time. Soon carrying a gun to school will be legal. Trump vowed to eliminate gun free zones at schools, among other places, because, of course as the NRA says, the only was to combat gun violence is more guns.

Im just curious about the Possession of a Large-Capacity Feeding Device. I'm assuming that magazine was manufactured prior to 1994 and therefore can legally hold more than 10 rounds, correct?

Only if you're licensed for large capacity (LTC-A unrestricted). The thing that I'm curious about is that doesn't look like a high capacity magazine.

You need the large capacity (class A) license or it's a separate crime. Likewise ammo is legal too, he just had it without license.
