Two shot on Glendale Street in Dorchester

Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Glendale Street near Hancock Street. One victim was shot in the street, and the homicide unit was called in due to the severity of his injuries. The other victim was grazed by a bullet that came in the window of his house.

Some shell casings were found on Glendale near Payson; but there were also reports of gunfire on or just off Hancock.

A car was also hit.

Hancock Street was shut in both directions for the investigation and for crowd control.
