Transit Police report that at 5:30 this morning, somebody in a Honda SUV drove into the back of an MBTA bus outside Kenmore station. The driver then ran away, police say, adding what was left of his or her SUV was towed away. The bus was driven away.

The Daily Free Press reports somebody called BU Police on the evening of April 28 to report "about 50 cars on the rooftop of the parking garage [at 730 Comm Ave.] revving their engines." Turned out to be members of the BU car club just doing some circle revving, but not anything wrong, so no need to send them on their way.

A federal judge earlier this month dismissed a lawsuit by six Boston University students over what they claimed was the inferior education they got after the school shifted to online classes as the pandemic erupted in the spring of 2020, in part because there was no way that BU could have foreseen a global pandemic would effectively shut down the entire state.
