I am originally from cow hampshah, but now live nxt to the habah in doahchestah. It makes moah sense to call good ol NH cow hampshah, due to the fair amount of cows we like to raise for no reason, just for fun which brings along cow tippin. And oddly enough along the MA/NH border we still heah this wicked cool accent.

Make fun of us all you want, but you all still come up here to shop! Most of us up here are all old Mass transplants. We still love Boston despite what you call us or how you make fun of us!

Ahhhhhhh...Na Hampsha (as it is pronounced)...the place to go to see wildly drunk Bostonians doing things that would never be allowed in Puritanical Boston.....example - buy booze at a supamahket, fire guns and be drunk in general public.

as the daughter of bostonians, i was so excited to say that i knew what these words meant! but even tho my rents are cambridge and lexington natives and i've lived in metro boston for two years now, i'll always be a hampster, as locals in my hometown say; i'm from new hampshire.i do have to say that cow hampshire is the term used more so in southern nh than central and northern. i lived in central nh and everyone there always said new hampster, not cow hampshire. just wanted to let you know nh is split up in grammah just as much as mass.oh, and another way to know if you're an original masshole is if you can pronounce "Salisbury" as "Salzbry." Just a little tip from the mom.:)

"Most of us up here are all old Mass transplants." SPEAK FOR YOURSELF YA MASS-HOLE! Why can't you people drive? Stay home.

haha, I am TOTALLY with Tuck on this one. 9 out of every 10 traffic accidents at home (in Merrimack, suthan Nah Hamsha) are caused by Massholes. Now, of course, *I'm* the transplant, going to school at MIT. And I hate how few people around here actually talk like they're from Boston... maybe it's just this side of the Chahles?

Joe. Massachusetts. no "e" at the end.Your drivers DO suck. Sorry.

Are you kidding me? Cow Hampshire drivers suck. Here's a hint--it's the pedal on the right. You know, the one that makes you go faster. If the speed limit's 45 you can always count on a Cow Hampshire driver to go 30.

On EEI (the all important boston sports AM radio station) the other day, host Michael Holley called it "True Hampshire" (think gangsta) which I got a good kick out of.

Perry's comment just begs the question: so NH'ers are just living free to die? basically? if you're proud of being able to kill yourself without laws preventing that from occuring accidentally... "WOW. I am so sad don't live there. Because here, we can't fly through windshields legally":] haha. I still love NH. but I am a proud masshole <3

Its hard to say whether or not there are really many cows in cow hampshire, because there is so much snow up there. The theory goes, underneath the snow there are some cows.

I find that NH drivers are the worst actually. Why don't you people get jobs in Manchester or Concord or Portsmouth, instead of flying 100 Mph or higher in the fast lane, swerving in and out of traffic because you need to get home from Boston.Same is true with Rhode Island drivers. Why do you idiots commute back and forth from boston and drive like morons?

I have held residency in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I have been driving for 23 years and by far and away the worst drivers in New England are Rhode Island drivers. I can feel my blood pressure build as soon as I enter the state border on I95. I think they are in their own little congested world down there and it is how they have become conditioned to driving. I grew up in RI and used to drive like them until I moved to NH. I hate RI!!

Live free or die motherf'ers, but for the love of God, stay home! We don't want to witness your incompetent driving ability, nor see the daily flood of ugly or utterly ridiculous vanity NH license plates on the Boston area highways, contributing to countless daily crashes... Why do I always see a NH license plate involved in almost every highway crash I drive past? Probably because those incestuous hicks drive over 90mph and brag about how they're only 45 minutes from downtown Boston! Just do us all a favor, stay home all day in your trailer parks and find your most attractive relative to pass the time.

I used to live in NH. I am still not quite sure about the live free or die. Does that mean you have to have a vanitie plate? or does it mean that if your a woman you have to have short hair. I hate the f@#$in state and will never go back. I got asked to see my license cause I was j-walkin in Concord. Live free or die my ass.

I've lived in MA my whole life (all 17 and a half years of it), and I can't wait to move to New Hampshire within the next 10-15 years. I wish my fellow massholes would stay outta the state and quit trying to ruin it. I go up to NH at least 3 or 4 times a year, and I have withdrawals when I leave. And for the record, MA drivers are absolutely terrible compared to NH ones. In NH, you can actually get let out at a busy intersection without fear of dying or being hit my some punk MA teen flying down the road. A laid-back life with cows, moose, snow, and moutnains? Who wouldn't want that? Hopefully (and fortunately) not many massholes. Live free or die!
