A disgusted citizen files a 311 complaint about the new black splotches on his or her car after driving under the train bridge over East Cottage Street in Dorchester:

'Ridiculous Shenanigans' was the reason given for the 15 minute delay on the 4:30 Salem train out of North Station....the reason? The engineer got on the wrong train, leaving us without a driver to take us north. The on-line comments were pretty funny, and the ticket taker apologized profusely (although he admitted he's in for a stern talking to about his 'ridiculousness' comments

Workers try to get train back on track as dawn breaks. Photo by Johnmcboston.

The T canceled service on the Fairmount Line this morning after last night's train bumping near South Station. Instead, Fairmount riders were supposed to board substitute buses, only it seems there weren't enough buses to carry all those people. Just ask BostonGal:

Try to board HP train only to get turned away because you imbeciles didn’t add equipment.

Two crews shoveled snow at Readville station, yet pedestrians are still having trouble

Jake could only marvel at the amazing shoveling job done by separate Keolis and DCR crews at the steps down from Readville station to the sidewalk below: One cleared the stairs and another cleared a path along the sidewalk and yet, somehow, neither thought to make it so pedestrians could actually get from one to the other.

Keolis did promise to send down a crew to finish the job.
