AlertNewEngland reports a 34E bus and a car collided outside the Stop & Shop at the Dedham Mall around 3:20 p.m. Five bus passengers and the driver of the car were taken to local hospitals with minor neck and back injuries.

The T reports the driver of the car was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, and that the bus suffered minor damage to the right side; the auto moderate damage to the front.

Sometime after 9 p.m., Monday, AlertNewEngland reports. Passengers on one outbound train were put on a bus at Porter for a ride to Belmont while authorities investigated and cleaned up the scene.

We're hearing tales that a rare four-hump, um, car Green Line trolley was spotted in the tunnels between Kenmore and Park after Sox games this past weekend. Could it return after tonight's Rays games? Of course, its name is Tessie. Pix or it doesn't exist.

The T is planning its version of Boston's Citizens Connect system, which lets smartphone owners file complaints - and attach photos to go with them.

T General Manager Richard Davey told his board of directors yesterday that by the end of this month, the T will release a toolkit that will let software developers adapt the Boston system for use on public transit:
