Power outage not the only thing to delay T commuters today

... At State Street, the train stopped and just sat there. And sat there. And sat there, until I was just on the point of leaving the train and getting dinner before going home and just catching a later subway, when 3 MBTA policemen strode into my car, and told some guy out of my line of sight to put his hands where they could see them, and to walk slowly toward the policeman nearest me. Then they patted him down, lifted up his shirt, twisted his arm behind his back, and shoved him out of the train, to question him on the platform. I swear, there were like 5 beefy cops questioning this one skinny kid. ...
