What do you do with a dead body at the airport?

Paramedic TS describes the unique issues surrounding a person who dies while on a plane en route to Boston:
... I called the medical examiner from a phone on the jet bridge, and I provided all the usual information. He promised to send out the next available team of morgue technicians. Before we hung up, I told him there might be one small problem with respect to jurisdiction.
"What's that?" he asked.
"This guy didn't die in Massachusetts. In fact, he didn't die in the United States. The flight attendants started CPR over Canadian airspace, so technically, he died up there."
The medical examiner sighed. "Oh, Jesus." ...
