According to the Roslindale Transcript, the Lower Metropolitan Hill Neighborhood Association was scheduled last night to discuss 26 Kittridge St.:

Irresponsible property owner and tenants, frequent noise problems, parties, domestic violence and reports of death threats by the residents on each other; possible illegal property tax exemption on property.
