Has anyone yet got the recipe???????Or found a good fried chicken restaurant.Maybe not fontaines,but at least good.Please don't say Skyline at the Marina Bay it was awful.I have tried a lot of restaurants and all leave alot to be desired.

My whole family misses the big flapping chicken and the MOST awesome fried chicken ever. Those chicken livers were to die for also... yum.

I lived in Boston for 8 years and my favorite place to return to was always Fontaine's. The adam and eve chicken and ribs was to die for. I would love the recipe of how to make the delicious chicken.... thanks

I would really love to have that recipe - been thinking about that chicken for many years - my aunt lived in Roxbury and also worked at topsys so when we visited her we stopped in for the best chicken in the world.

how is your dad? didn't he used to drive big old white cadillac? would love the recipe too. always used to go to the restaurant. only place that served the best chicken and lots of it too. waistline never recovered~!

I have been watching this site hoping you would reply to us also my family and I routinely go to restaurants that sell fried chicken hoping to find something even close the latest one skyline at marina bay quincy ma. that not only was expnsive but not even a good fried chicken dinner.I can't believe they actually claim to have the receipe!!!!I also would like to know if any ather member of the fontaine family is thinking of opening again? well hopinbg to hear from you.I also hope ypur dad and mpm are doing okay.Last I heard they were living in Miami good for them not good fo us fontaine fans.

The Bulletin had an article this week about Rick's Pub in Dedham and how they would be featuring Fontaine's (Topsy's) chicken soon.
Don't know if they'll share the recipe though -
