Seems Chelsea still has at least one actual shvitz bath. Fabulously Out There discovers Dillons Russian Steam Bath and goes there on ladies' day (women are only allowed in on Mondays):

Scott Harney, meanwhile, discusses how an old warehouse in Chelsea's Parkway Plaza has become a stand-in for Paris in some scenes of "Pink Panther 2:"
Construction on the elaborate sets began in July. The fours sets include a recreation of a Parisian cafe, the outside of a French restaurant - complete with cobblestone streets - and the interior of Inspector Clouseau's apartment in Paris.
Even the parking lot on Webster, next to the warehouse, doubled for the French countryside. ...
