Boston Police say Shawn Dow's death early Saturday had nothing to do with an all-out brawl on the lower floors of the building around the same time:

Autopsy reports have determined that the trauma sustained by Shawn Dow is consistent with a fall and not consistent with injuries sustained as a result of an assault. Detectives interviewed more than twenty witnesses, none of whom placed Mr. Dow in or near the altercation. This incident has been returned to District D-14 detectives and will be investigated as an accidental death.
