I admit I was quite upset
I admit I was quite upset over the game against the Eagles.
And yes I've been a Pats fan for quite some time. I remember Grogan and Easton in the 80s (who can forget that loss to the Bears?) and watched the 1993 draft of Drew Bledsoe - excited about what could be in store for the Pats. That turned out somewhat ok until golden boy Brady came along and made Bledsoe look like any other average QB. Looking back Bledsoe's best year was probably '96 when we lost horribly to the Packers in the Superbowl. So I'm not just a fan that decided I was a fan this year. I waited a while for them to win the big game - and Brady can deliver that. But I get upset when WR drop passes they should be catching, and pass interference gets called in the end zone on the offense (when that clearly didn't happen) against Randy Moss and we missed out on a TD.
Part of my reason for being so upset by the game [being the worst game ever] is that I have a fantasy team and have Brady, Moss, and the Pats defense. I am so happy they won the game of course, but sad Moss who usually gets me 20-30 pts only got me 3 that game... I've gotten over it.. until tonight of course :)
