Back in August 2004, Gnomi welcomed students to Boston with her beginner's guide to Boston. Now, bidding those same students farwell, she offers them and their families "An Open Letter to People in for Harvard Commencement":

...please remember that you are visitors in a city in which non-Harvard-affiliated people work and live, as well. I therefore set down the following rules:

1. If you are on a regular commuter bus filled with regular commuters at 6:45 AM, do not -- DO NOT -- start taking videos of them just because they are sharing a bus with your beloved relative (who, by the way, looks like a dork riding the bus in his/her cap and gown).
