Chelsea man charged with Dorchester murder

Boston Police report arresting Emiliano Galicia, 42, of Chelsea, in connection with the stabbing death of Ruben L. Najera, 27, of Quincy at 519 Geneva Ave. on Nov. 21. To be arraigned tomorrow in Dorchester District Court.
