This is great news,
but it doesn't help the poor woman who was assaulted by this twisted jerk.

Not that it makes what happened to her any less awful, but she is presumably eligible for victim services from the Norfolk County District Attorney's office - in addition to whatever small satisfaction she might get in knowing she helped take this guy off the street before he could pull this crap again with somebody else.
