Charges against anti-war veterans dismissed

Boston Municipal Court Judge Thomas C. Horgan today dismissed charges of disrupting a lawful assembly against 17 members of Veterans for Peace, related to their arrests at a Veterans Day commemoration at City Hall Plaza. The Suffolk County District Attorney's office says it plans to appeal.
